Do you know that more energy and time is wasted on proving to a person your worth it than showing your affection for someone who is reciprocating?

It’s just counterproductive.

Here are 3 ways to regain value.

1.Social media detective.

Fb statuses are not an insight to their inner most needs, nor are likes an indication of their desires.

STOP!

This time could be spent reflecting on your own social media image, what you want to convey and type of partner you want to attract.

2.Your hurt ego.

“WHY DONT THEY WANT ME!” your rejected ego shouts and then starts listing all the things that could be wrong with you for this to have happened.

STOP!

Do something special for yourself like having a massage or check out that fancy restaurant you’ve had your eye on with some good friends

3. Blueprint relationship.

Trying to find a relationship example where he fought for her or she persisted till she got him can be false hope.

STOP!

Look inwards and ask yourself “what do I want my relationship to look like?” What are your needs and what type of partner would fulfil them. What can you offer and what type of person would appreciate these qualities.

If you saw caviar on the menu at McDonalds wouldn’t you raise an eyebrow?

Know your value.
