Mr. Chilled is certainly speeding things up with us. If only our schedules didn’t clash so much, we could stand a chance of actually having a date, instead of fun, banter-filled conversations that probably won’t lead anywhere. Of course, I have arranged to meet up with him soon, thanks to his coincidental “I just happen to be planning to be somewhere when you’ll be there too” message.
As perfect as Mr. Competitive is, it seems that all we will ever be is e-friends. It is a great shame, because out of all of the men I have met on Singles Warehouse, he is probably the one I would most like to date. He’s an older, mature, competitive (real) man. If you combine his entire personality (and future travel plans) with the teasing banter of my relationship with Mr. Chilled, and the explicit, sexual nature of my BBM relationship with BBM Boy, you might just create my ultimate Mr. Perfect.
It is definitely worth noting that I have just described my Mr. Perfect without mentioning a single physical feature. Having historically based my feelings for someone primarily on his looks, this is a revelation to me. Online dating, it appears, has subconsciously encouraged me to become a less shallow person, whilst still maintaining my high standards.
This is enlightening news.
